188 Days To Go

June 11th looks closer than ever now, with the World Cup group stages being drawn today. A few of the selections stand out more than others. USA v England in the group stages is sure to be an exciting match. And as if FIFA was listening to Didier Drogba when he begged for a more lenient group stage this time around, they went ahead and pitted his Ivory Coast against not only Brazil but Portugal as well. So it appears FIFA is still out to completely disrespect the African nations even though they granted South Africa the host for the festivities this time around. Stop hating on Africa FIFA, you are aware that your beloved France national team is filled with majority African born players right? And that the French league is flooded with amazing African talent year in and year out right?

Here are the groups with my selections of who will advance.
