Chelsea wrapped up the English Premier League title in fashion today with an 8-0 drubbing of Wigan Athletic. After just 6 minutes of game time, the Blues already found themselves up 1-0 with a Nicola Anelka brace for the ages. The onslaught began there. Finally in the 90th minute, as if the celebration hadn't already started, Ashley Cole tucked in the eighth and final goal of the match.
Congratulations to the Blues who reclaimed the English title after a three year dry spell. Next up, the FA Cup final against bankrupt, soon to be disassembled Portsmouth FC this Saturday at Wimbley. Come on you Blues!
