Recent history has given us internet terminology like OMG, TTYL and BRB. Both of those, among others, were created to make life easier. But the creation of WTF still hasn't been explained, not significantly at least. Until now, that is.
The term WTF was ahead of its time. It's inception into our vocabulary was a foreshadowing to this very video. WTF was created for the sole purpose of explaining THIS video.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks paid some computer graphics designer armed with a Jock Rock Vol. 2 CD and way too much imagination to create their intro video. Little did they know they were about to be introduced to a hockey playing, galaxy demolishing polar bear that nukes neighboring Anchorage, Alaska all en route to tearing the roof off it's own arena.
