Ginger Side Effects

I just stumbled upon some pretty astounding information. Much like the next guy, I too am dumbfounded when it comes to gingers. What's a ginger you ask? If you really don't know, you see that red and white "X" in the upper right corner, please click it. No, just playing. Ginger is a, sort of, derogatory name for redheads with freckles.

So i was just wandering around the interwebs when i came upon a site devoted to gingers. Now, I always just assumed that gingers were just simply born with these physical characteristics and really nothing else was different about them. Boy was I wrong. Apparently, much like how asian people lack the enzyme that breaks down alcohol in their system and in turn leaves their faces flush red after a night of drinking, gingers also lack an enzyme. However, the enzyme they lack, is more complex. Believe it or not, the red hair and freckles produce a chemical in ginger's bodies that make it impossible for them to eat ice cream. Yeah, sounds crazy right? But indeed, any attempt at consuming ice cream is immediately diverted by spasming muscles in ginger's arms. Their hands and arms simply do not allow them to eat ice cream and often result in a sticky mess. Well don't argue with me, argue with science and mother nature. Need the proof? I'm already three steps ahead of you. (See below)
