After watching the Hangover, I couldn't get over how hilarious Zack Galafianakis' character Allen was. The ruh-tard was so brilliantly created that I could not stop comparing him to other on screen personalities. So with that, comes my top 20 film characters of all time.
Disclaimer: I'm not really going to include the obvious ones like Hannibal Lecter, Michael Myers, De Niro in Taxi Driver, or Brando in Godfather etc etc. This is MY list, not the AFI's.
