National holiday today. Bout to consume buttloads of hamburgers, hot dogs and steaks. Then I hope to dump buttloads of feces in the toilet.
Hopefully it goes a lot smoother than this.

Super Bowl XLV Commercials
Sucked.
Plain and simple, I'm not going to sit here and sugar coat it like all the other bloggers. This year's Super Bowl commercials were forced, unoriginal, not funny and boring. That little Darth Vader kid - annoying. The doritos pug - unimaginative. Go Daddy commercials (do they even air other than Super Bowl Sunday?) - lame.
But one commercial was exactly what a Super Bowl commercial is supposed to be; gripping, thoughtful, star-studded and makes you think. So to you, Chrysler and to you, Eminem, great job.

Super Bowl Commercials
This year wasn't such a good year for Super Bowl commercials. Probably because hardly any company out there has $3 million dollars to spend on a 30 second spot (apparently Doritos and Bud Light are killing it during this recession though, judging by their NUMEROUS spots yesterdays).
Not very many memorable commercials from yesterday but here's the ones that made a lasting impression. Enjoy

Recession Super Bowl
Every year I host a Super Bowl party. Mainly because it's a great excuse to get shitfaced but also because it's a time for friends to enjoy each other's company. And by "enjoy each other's company", i mean charge-taking-celebratory-chest-bumps that may or may not end in tripping over a toddlers plastic tricycle and clearing 10 feet of cement, eventually suffering a concussion inducing meeting between Ken Do's head and a metal framed glass table.
Hosting one of these functions usually means spending loads of loot to feed mouths for 6 hours. But when you're in a recession, the guest list ends up being trimmed drastically and the food stays reasonable. Regardless, great friends showed up and everyone grinded on some tacos that you'd swear a Mexican made.
Congrats to the Saints for giving the city of New Orleans the best thing since FEMA trailers.
Now, get ready for a ton of pics that wont make any sense unless you were there.

Not a Very Good Call
Superbowl shuffle? Hell naw, GTFOH with that junk. This is the LT Style Electric Glide right here.
Check out what s fresh white suit, a shitload of green screen and an otherwise boring athletic personality can conger up.
Why does the music sound like a McDonald's commercial?
:challenge flag thrown:
Upon further review, video evidence has proven the director definitely was influenced by the little black boy in the McDonald's commercial. Jesse will not be charged with a timeout. First down.
